Hey Bill when you made that tenderizing sauce for the London broil how much soy sauce and liquid smoke did you use??? It looked like a LOT!!

it is a lot of soy… but you need to use light soy or it will be too salty. The liquid smoke is just a spoonful…

I just bought my husband your Complete Electric Smoker Cookbook. Since we use electricity on our pellet smoker I thought it was the same thing. He is disappointed that the recipes are for electric smokers. Should I return this and get the wood pellet book?

Most all the recipes would work fine in the pellet grill or an electric smoker. But the pellet book is really what he’ll want.
