Give most Central and South Americans BBQ cookers $17K and we can do the same for a fraction of the cost – (+/- 30%). The only problem we find is the uncooked parts vs. the burnt parts of the whole steer. Cutting up in quarters is better for cooking, and handeling. I’ve seen dozens of whole steers done and it takes no more than two campesinos to do it. Looks like you had fun and that the other part of BBQing 😉
