Regarding the smoker bags… They work great and I have used and reviewed them previously. I prepared a fish in the alder and a pork chop dish in the hickory. Both turned out great if you enjoy a strong smoke flavor.
Clean up is a no brainer, just crumble and recycle!
Keep up the great work – looking forward to year two with you both. Hope we can meet up some day, would love to interview you both.
